Our client is currently seeking for an IT Business Partner in a conglomerate, you will play a crucial role in bridging the gap between the IT department and business units across multiple industries within the conglomerate. You will collaborate with various stakeholders, including senior executives, business leaders, and IT teams, to align technology solutions with the strategic objectives and operational needs of each business unit.

- Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify and prioritize IT initiatives that align with strategic goals and drive business value.
- Participate in business planning and budgeting processes to provide IT insights and recommendations.
- Proactively identify opportunities for technology innovation and improvement to enhance business processes and operations.
- Manage relationships with technology vendors, ensuring effective communication, contract negotiation, and performance evaluation.
- Collaborate with procurement and legal teams to establish and maintain vendor contracts and service level agreements.
- Monitor vendor performance, resolve issues, and ensure compliance with contractual obligations
- Develop and implement asset management strategies, policies, and procedures to ensure efficient utilization and lifecycle management of IT assets.
- Track and maintain accurate records of hardware, software, licenses, and other technology assets.
- Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with licensing agreements and regulatory requirements.
- Coordinate asset procurement, deployment, maintenance, and retirement processes.
- A bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, engineering, business administration,
- Professional certifications such as PMP, Scrum Master, ITIL, etc.
- Certification in PMP or any recognized project management methodology.
- Proficient in gathering and analyzing business requirements.
- Knowledgeable in information processing principles and practices.
- Skilled in developing business cases and conducting vendor negotiations.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management abilities, with the capacity to build relationships at all levels of the conglomerate.
