Our client is seeking an experienced and highly organized Project Manager who focuses on Private banking management, financial solutions, and wealth management systems. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and managing various projects within the private banking system. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and external vendors to ensure the successful delivery of projects that enhance the efficiency and profitability of the private banking operations.

- Plan, execute, and manage projects within the private banking system, ensuring adherence to project goals, timelines, and budgets.
- Collaborate with stakeholders, including senior management, business analysts, IT teams, compliance officers, and external vendors, to define project requirements and objectives.
- Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, resource allocations, and risk assessments.
- Monitor project progress, identifying and resolving issues and risks to ensure timely completion.
- Coordinate project activities, ensuring effective communication, collaboration, and alignment of expectations among team members and stakeholders.
- Conduct regular project meetings, providing updates on project status, risks, and mitigation strategies.
- Manage project budgets, tracking expenses, and ensuring cost-effective project delivery.
- Conduct post-implementation assessments, capturing lessons learned and identifying areas for improvement.
- Maintain accurate project documentation, including project plans, status reports, meeting minutes, and project-related communications.
- Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and best practices related to private banking operations.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement, promoting innovation and efficiency in project management practices.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science , or a related field. A Master's degree is a plus.
- Proven experience as a Project Manager, preferably within the private banking or financial services industry.
- Strong knowledge of private banking operations, processes, and regulations.
- Solid understanding of project management methodologies, tools, and best practices.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
- Proven problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality results.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools.
- Project management certifications (e.g., PMP) are highly desirable.
- Good command in both written and spoken Cantonese, English and Mandarin.
