Job Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end process of creating new products and improving existing ones. Ensure these projects meet high quality standards and innovative ideas
- Develop and implement comprehensive product development strategies, with a focus on innovative and high-quality life products
- Collaborate with various teams including Actuarial, Finance, IT, and Marketing to make sure product development in compliance with legal guidelines and company policies
- Conduct market analysis on industry trends and competition and evaluate the opportunities in the market
- Analyse customer data /feedback to identify new product concepts.
Skills & Experiences Required
- Degree holder with a minimum of 4 years of experience in Product Development
- Experience with life products will be a significant advantage
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building relationships and collaborating across various functions
- Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
