- Develop and execute brand’s overall marketing strategy, ensuring alignment with the company's goals and objectives.
- Create and manage the marketing budget to optimize resources and achieve marketing ROI.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and customer preferences.
- Develop brand positioning, messaging, and targeted marketing campaigns to enhance brand awareness and reputation.
- Lead the team responsible for brand management, advertising, promotions, digital marketing, public relations, and customer engagement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, visual merchandising, product development, and retail operations, to ensure alignment and consistency in brand representation.
- Drive customer segmentation and develop targeted marketing strategies to attract and retain high-end luxury consumers.
- Oversee the development and implementation of digital marketing strategies, including SEO, SEM, social media, influencer marketing, and email marketing.
- Monitor and analyze marketing performance metrics, making data-driven decisions to optimize marketing efforts and achieve business objectives.
- Stay updated with industry trends, luxury market dynamics, and digital marketing advancements to identify innovative marketing opportunities.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing or a related field. Additional certifications in luxury brand management or digital marketing are a plus.
- Proven experience (at least 10-15 years) in luxury retail marketing, preferably on a managerial or leadership role from a sizable company.
- Strong knowledge of the luxury retail industry, market trends, and consumer behavior.
- Proficiency in developing and executing marketing strategies across various channels such as digital, print, events, and experiential marketing.
- Solid understanding of digital marketing tactics and platforms, including social media, SEO, SEM, and email marketing.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
- Creative thinker with a strong sense of aesthetics and brand storytelling.
- Proven track record of successfully launching and managing luxury brand campaigns.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic, and results-driven environment.
