My client is a MNC who is looking for a Head of Marketing to cope with their business strategy.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing the marketing strategies and initiatives for a luxury retail brand. This role requires a deep understanding of the luxury market, consumer behavior, and brand positioning.

  • Develop and execute brand’s overall marketing strategy, ensuring alignment with the company's goals and objectives.
  • Create and manage the marketing budget to optimize resources and achieve marketing ROI.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and customer preferences.
  • Develop brand positioning, messaging, and targeted marketing campaigns to enhance brand awareness and reputation.
  • Lead the team responsible for brand management, advertising, promotions, digital marketing, public relations, and customer engagement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, visual merchandising, product development, and retail operations, to ensure alignment and consistency in brand representation.
  • Drive customer segmentation and develop targeted marketing strategies to attract and retain high-end luxury consumers.
  • Oversee the development and implementation of digital marketing strategies, including SEO, SEM, social media, influencer marketing, and email marketing.
  • Monitor and analyze marketing performance metrics, making data-driven decisions to optimize marketing efforts and achieve business objectives.
  • Stay updated with industry trends, luxury market dynamics, and digital marketing advancements to identify innovative marketing opportunities.
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing or a related field. Additional certifications in luxury brand management or digital marketing are a plus.
  • Proven experience (at least 10-15 years) in luxury retail marketing, preferably on a managerial or leadership role from a sizable company.
  • Strong knowledge of the luxury retail industry, market trends, and consumer behavior.
  • Proficiency in developing and executing marketing strategies across various channels such as digital, print, events, and experiential marketing.
  • Solid understanding of digital marketing tactics and platforms, including social media, SEO, SEM, and email marketing.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
  • Creative thinker with a strong sense of aesthetics and brand storytelling.
  • Proven track record of successfully launching and managing luxury brand campaigns.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic, and results-driven environment.
