Job Responsibility
- Own the monthly closing cycle end-to-end full-set bookkeeping, ledger reconciliations, and variance reporting against budgeted CAPEX and OPEX, delivered to tight deadlines
- Keep project accounting records accurate and current, tracking expenditure, contract variations and procurement spend as projects progress
- Manage day-to-day treasury operations, including project invoicing, cash flow forecasting and AP/AR aging control
- Act as a key point of contact for auditors and tax advisors, ensuring transactions stay aligned with HKFRS and group policy
- Take on ad hoc finance initiatives as the local team's scope grows
- 3–5 years of accounting experience, ideally within a project-based, engineering, construction or industrial environment
- Member or final-stage student of a recognized professional accounting body (HKICPA, ACCA or equivalent)
- Solid grounding in general accounting principles, project costing and Hong Kong tax regulations
- Detail-oriented and proactive, with the resilience to manage tight monthly reporting deadlines
- Strong written and spoken English and Cantonese
