This multinational insurance company is seeking a seasoned actuary for a Director or Senior Actuarial position in its Group office. In this role, you will work closely with local country senior leadership, including CFOs and Chief Actuaries across various international markets, with excellent exposure and a generous remuneration package.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement actuarial best practices for individual insurance products across various international markets
- Provide leadership and direction to country actuarial teams regarding best practices, modelling, and processes for the effective design and analysis of individual insurance products
- Review product design, pricing, and profit testing work completed by local country actuarial teams
- Research and develop new insurance opportunities and assist in market entry strategies
- Effectively manage external stakeholders, including actuarial consultants and reinsurers as necessary
Requirements
- At least 10 years of actuarial experience in insurance or actuarial consulting
- Qualified actuary with FSA, FIA, or equivalent designation
- Good communication and stakeholder management skills
- Understanding of technical aspects of insurance product design
- Good command of English is a must
