Our client is looking for an AI Business Analyst to support the delivery of advanced AI initiatives within the General insurance operations. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working between business users, data teams, and AI engineers to turn ideas into scalable, value‑driven solutions.

- Collaborate with business stakeholders across operations (e.g. claims, underwriting, servicing) to identify and shape AI use cases
- Translate business needs into AI‑ready functional and non‑functional requirements
- Document AI workflows, decision logic, and human‑in‑the‑loop processes
- Support Agile delivery, including backlog grooming, sprint planning, and release preparation
- Prepare and execute UAT, validating AI outputs, behaviour, and business usability
- Support post‑launch monitoring, continuous improvement, and production incidents
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Business Analytics, Data Science, Computer Science, or related fields. Master’s degree preferred.
- 3+ years in business analyst roles; experience supporting AI/technology projects or related activities is advantageous.
- Experience working with Agentic AI or AI systems that support autonomous or semi‑autonomous decision‑making is a big advantage.
- Hands‑on exposure to AI, analytics, automation, or data platform projects.
- Strong requirement gathering and documentation skills, comfortable working with ambiguity
- Experience working in Agile teams (JIRA / Confluence exposure preferred)
- Ability to bridge business needs and technical teams effectively
- Prior exposure to insurance operations is a strong advantage.
- Written and Speaking: Cantonese and English is a MUST.
- Immediate availability or ASAP start is highly preferred
