The Opportunity
You’ll play a central role in shaping how the platform manages AML and KYC processes, risk detection, and regulatory compliance in a fast-moving global environment. This position requires a blend of regulatory expertise, technical understanding, and product leadership to design tools that balance efficiency, transparency, and security.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the vision and roadmap of AML product modules across multiple jurisdictions.
- Drive end-to-end development of compliance workflows (KYC, transaction monitoring, sanctions screening, case management).
- Collaborate with legal, risk, and engineering teams to ensure systems meet evolving global regulatory requirements.
- Define performance metrics and continuously optimize AML detection and reporting capabilities.
- Act as the product owner for all compliance-related systems integration, ensuring high scalability and audit readiness.
- Partner with regulators and internal stakeholders to support global expansion initiatives.
- We’re looking for a senior product professional or compliance technologist with a strong track record in AML systems design, risk management, or regtech product development. You may come from a background in crypto exchanges, fintech, trading platforms, or traditional financial institutions with exposure to AML frameworks and product lifecycle ownership.
- Strong understanding of global compliance standards (FATF, FinCEN, MAS, HKMA, etc.), cross-platform data integration, and stakeholder management is key.
- Experience in Web3 or blockchain compliance products and English fluency for cross-border collaboration will be highly valued.
