This leading Chinese Private Bank is looking for talent in Credit Management in Associate Director level in Private Banking sector due to great success in their business last year. You will be joining a team of 6 with great exposure and great remuneration package provided.

job scope.
As the Associate Director, Credit Management in a Leading Chinese Private Bank, your key responsibility will be to:
  • Manage to assess and approve credit application from Private Bankers (PBRM), from solution provider viewpoint, with robust risk awareness to ensure all compliance and risk rules as per regulatory and Bank requirements have been complied
  • Proactive to advise continuous improvement in credit application and credit static data maintenance process, to automate the end-to-end process
  • Be subject matter expert for Insurance Financing to deal with insurance brokers, for product eligibility approval as collateral
  • Lead credit manual maintenance and credit related product due diligence, and selective credit initiatives
  • Engage in stress test and other ad hoc risk analysis against private banking loan portfolio, and periodic risk reporting and portfolio management tasks
  • Support the team in driving credit related initiatives, liaise with different stakeholders, especially 2nd line of defense, Legal & Compliance and Audit teams
requirements.
  • Degree holder or above in Finance, Accounting, Business, Information Technology or related discipline
  • Minimum 8 years of experiences in Private Banking focusing on Credit Managemen - credit underwriting, driving credit initiatives and/or credit manual maintenance, with solid exposure in insurance financing
  • Good analytical and credit assessment skills, with sound knowledge in portfolio lending and insurance financing, and in-depth knowledge to credit application end-to-end logistic
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese (including Putonghua)
