Our client, a leading insurance institution in Hong Kong, is currently undergoing a multi-year digital transformation and core system revamp. We are seeking an experienced Lead to drive requirements management, workflow optimization, and integration delivery for their core policy administration and operational platforms.
You will act as the key liaison between C-suite business stakeholders, third-party vendors, and technical development teams to ensure successful project delivery.

- Facilitate discovery workshops with key business units to gather, analyze, and translate complex operational needs into clear Functional Specification Documents, epic structures, and user stories.
- Collaborate with product owners, technical development teams, and external vendor partners to turn AI concepts into working pilots and production applications.
- Standardize BA templates and reusable methodologies across the business while supporting change management and end-user training.
- Serve as the Subject Matter Expert on core insurance platforms.
- Target Process & Workflow Design: Map current-state processes to future-state target operating models. Identify process gaps, bottleneck areas, regulatory control requirements, and automation/digitization opportunities.
- Collaborate with external system integrators, software vendors, and internal solution architects to ensure solution designs align strictly with business goals.
- Lead end-to-end User Acceptance Testing (UAT) strategy, validation test cases, business verification, and defect triage with developers.
- Support the Project Manager with stream governance, milestone tracking, executive status reporting, and user adoption/training programs.
- Bachelor’s degree of higher in Computer Science, IT, Business, or related field.
- 6+ years of Business Analysis experience in the insurance sector (Life, General, or Health Insurance).
- Proven track record working on Core Insurance System revamps, migrations, or policy administration implementations.
- trong domain understanding of end-to-end insurance lifecycles.
- Solid experience in Agile (Scrum/Kanban), Waterfall, or Hybrid project environments.
- Exposure to software engineering tools/applications (like Git, JIRA)
- Familiarity with Agile development processes and techniques
- Excellent stakeholder management skills with the confidence to influence cross-functional business heads and vendor teams.
- Fluency in English and Cantonese is required (Mandarin is an advantage).
