My client is an international insurance company who is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Business Development Assistant Manager to join their dynamic team. The ideal candidate will support the business development team in driving growth, building strategic relationships, and enhancing my client’s market presence.

- Assist in managing relationships with existing clients and prospects, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction
- Conduct thorough market analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and potential clients within the insurance sector
- Support the sales team in their efforts by providing insights, tools, and resources necessary for achieving targets
- Collaborate in the creation of compelling proposals and presentations tailored to client needs
- Analyze sales performance data and prepare reports to inform strategy and decision-making.
- Work closely with marketing, underwriting, and product development teams to align business strategies and initiatives
- Organize and participate in industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to promote company offerings
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in business development or sales, preferably in the insurance industry.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and CRM software.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- IIQE certificate holder
