Our client is a reputable logistics solutions provider in Hong Kong, specialising in 3PL, contract logistics, warehousing, distribution, and transportation services. They are now looking for a Business Development Manager to support business growth and develop supply chain solutions.

- Identify and develop new business opportunities in 3PL and supply chain logistics.
- Work with internal teams to design cost-effective logistics solutions for new and existing clients.
- Prepare proposals, presentations, and solution kits for client meetings and pitches.
- Coordinate with supply chain partners, carriers, and vendors to support service delivery.
- Monitor service performance and work with operations teams to improve lead times, service quality, and customer satisfaction.
- Handle client issues, escalations, and other ad hoc duties as assigned.
- Degree in Logistics Management, Supply Chain, Transportation, Business, or related disciplines.
- At least 8 years of relevant experience, preferably in 3PL, contract logistics, or related supply chain roles.
- Good understanding of logistics operations, warehousing, distribution, and transportation.
- Strong business sense, relationship-building skills, and analytical ability.
- Good presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese, including Mandarin.
