They are looking for a Business Development Manager to drive revenue growth, deepen strategic relationships, and expand the firm’s reach in the private client and trust market.

- Drive new business generation for trust and fiduciary services across Hong Kong and cross-border markets.
- Develop and win new mandates by engaging HNW/UHNW clients, family offices, and professional intermediaries.
- Build strong relationships with private bankers, lawyers, accountants, tax advisers, and other referral partners.
- Position trust solutions effectively to support wealth preservation, succession planning, and cross-border estate structuring.
- Collaborate with internal teams to convert opportunities into mandates and ensure a smooth client onboarding process.
- Degree holder in Law, Accounting, Business, Finance, Tax, or other related disciplines.
- Between 5–10 years’ relevant experience in legal, accounting, tax, audit, trust, fiduciary, or other private client-related industries.
- Strong trust knowledge and hands-on experience are essential, particularly in cross-border trust planning and structuring.
- Solid understanding of private client needs, wealth preservation, and succession planning.
- STEP (Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners) qualification is preferable.
- Proven ability to develop business, influence stakeholders, and build trusted professional relationships.
- Strong English and Mandarin are essential; Cantonese will be an advantage.
