Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients
- Providing the consultative advise to the talented candidates
- Manage the full recruitment process, from initial intake to final offer negotiations
- Help your candidates to have a better career
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments, and use this knowledge to inform recruitment strategies
We are looking for:
- Having a great passion on the Fintech/Financial Services industry
- Deep understanding or passionate on the industry, including blockchain technology or cryptocurrency
- Strong relationship-building and influencing skills
- Ability to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously
- Self-motivated and able to work independently
