My client is a well-established insurance platform with a strong presence in the high-net-worth and advisory-led market. They are looking for case manager to support new business submissions, policy issuance, and case coordination across clients, insurers, and internal stakeholders.

Responsibilities
- Collect, review, and submit insurance applications accurately and on time.
- Track case progress and ensure applications meet agreed service levels.
- Liaise with medical providers, clients, and Sales Consultants to gather required documents and information.
- Prepare offer comparison tables, proposal illustrations, and supporting materials for case submission.
- Coordinate with bankers, trustees, insurers, and other stakeholders on policy documentation and administration.
- Maintain accurate sales system records and provide reporting, operational backup, and cross-team support.
- Bachelor’s degree or above in any discipline.
- Minimum 4 years of relevant experience in the life insurance sector; knowledge in new policies handling, case submission and underwriting process will be an advantage.
- Completion of IIQE Papers I, III.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to work effectively with consultants and banking partners.
- Strong sense of accountability and the ability to work well in a fast-paced environment.
- Good proficiency in MS Office, especially PowerPoint and Excel.
- Proficiency in English and Mandarin; additional Asian language skills will be an advantage.
