A well known insurance provider is currently seeking a Change & AI Enablement Lead to lead business requirement delivery, change execution, and AI driven productivity initiatives. This position plays a critical role in connecting business needs with technology solutions, ensuring projects are delivered with accuracy, compliance, and measurable impact, while embedding AI capabilities into everyday workflows to enhance efficiency and innovation.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead requirement discovery with stakeholders to define business problems, scope, and expected outcomes.
• Translate business needs into functional requirements, process flows, user stories, and acceptance criteria for IT delivery teams.
• Manage the full requirement lifecycle including elicitation, analysis, prioritization, baseline control, and change requests.
• Facilitate workshops and solution discussions between business, IT teams, and vendors to ensure alignment on scope, priorities, and timelines.
• Support project execution by tracking milestones, identifying risks early, and coordinating mitigation actions.
• Drive UAT preparation and execution including scenario definition, defect triage, and sign off readiness.
• Ensure delivered solutions meet business objectives, compliance standards, and operational processes.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation such as process maps, traceability matrices, decision logs, and status updates.
• Support post implementation stabilization and continuous improvement of business processes.
• Identify and implement AI solutions (e.g., copilots, automation, intelligent assistants) to streamline requirement management, testing, and documentation.
• Establish best practices and KPIs for AI adoption across delivery teams.
• Leverage AI capabilities such as code generation, test automation, incident analysis, and knowledge management to improve speed and quality.
Requirments:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related discipline (Master’s preferred but not mandatory).
• 5–7 years of proven experience in business analysis, requirement management, and change delivery within complex enterprise environments.
• Strong track record of facilitating workshops, stakeholder engagement, and cross functional collaboration.
• Solid understanding of requirement lifecycle management, including elicitation, prioritization, documentation, and change control.
• Hands on experience with UAT preparation, defect triage, and solution validation.
• Familiarity with AI tools, automation practices, and digital transformation initiatives; ability to embed AI into workflows and delivery processes.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate business needs into clear technical requirements.
• Strong analytical and problem solving abilities, with attention to detail and focus on compliance and operational standards.
• Ability to balance strategic delivery outcomes with day to day execution.
