Key Responsibilities
- Manage the claims department, including supervising team members and ensuring customer service meets company standards.
- Develop and train team members through performance appraisals, proper planning, and monitoring.
- Act as an escalation point for problem cases and negotiate with insurers on behalf of clients.
- Improve claims-related workflows and communicate with other offices to share best practices.
- Liaise regularly with management and other managers for support and to provide feedback.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of Claims experience, Health claims knowledge will be a plus
- Proficient in written and spoken English and Chinese
- Strong analytical and problem solving, self-motivated, excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to be multi-task and work under pressure
