Role Summary
The Operations Manager – Korean Market will be responsible for driving user growth, engagement and market development in Korea. You will lead local campaign planning and execution, expand and manage channels (KOLs, communities, partners), and use data to optimise user acquisition, retention and trading activity. This is a hands‑on role with strong visibility to regional stakeholders and significant room to shape the Korea strategy.

Role Summary
The Operations Manager – Korean Market will be responsible for driving user growth, engagement and market development in Korea. You will lead local campaign planning and execution, expand and manage channels (KOLs, communities, partners), and use data to optimise user acquisition, retention and trading activity. This is a hands‑on role with strong visibility to regional stakeholders and significant room to shape the Korea strategy.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and execute integrated online and offline campaigns tailored to Korean users (events, community, content marketing, social media).
- Manage campaign budgets, track performance, and iterate based on data to improve user experience and ROI.
- Expand and manage channels, including KOL partnerships, communities and other growth partners, to acquire new users and drive transaction conversions.
- Analyse channel and user data (acquisition, retention, activity, trading volume) and optimise resource allocation and channel efficiency.
- Develop and execute user growth strategies to increase engagement, retention and user lifetime value across the full user lifecycle.
- Work closely with regional product, marketing, BD and customer support teams to localise initiatives and ensure alignment with global strategy.
- Build and maintain up‑to‑date understanding of Korean market trends, competitors and user needs; translate insights into actionable operational plans.
- Prepare regular reports on campaign and channel performance, user metrics and market insights for internal stakeholders.
- Bachelor’s degree or above in Marketing, Business, Communications, Computer Science or related disciplines.
- 3+ years of experience in operations, growth, or marketing in the internet / fintech / crypto sector, ideally with Korean market or overseas market experience.
- Solid experience in social media / community operations, content marketing and user growth.
- Strong analytical skills; comfortable working with data dashboards and metrics to make decisions and optimise campaigns and channels.
- Proven ability to plan and execute end‑to‑end campaigns and projects, managing multiple stakeholders and tight timelines.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills; able to work effectively with cross‑functional and regional teams.
- Native‑level Korean, plus fluent English or Chinese for internal communication.
- Passion for crypto, web3 or high‑growth tech products is a strong plus.
