Job description

Our client, a leading company in the insurance industry, is seeking an experienced Digital Project Manager to lead and deliver key digital transformation initiatives. This role requires a professional with a strong background in digital projects, agile methodologies, and stakeholder management, ensuring successful implementation within scope, time, and budget.

Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage digital projects from initiation to completion, ensuring alignment with business goals.
  • Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets, tracking progress and managing risks proactively.
  • Develop detailed project plans, including scope, objectives, timelines, and resource requirements for digital projects such as the development of new insurance digital platforms, mobile applications, or digital marketing campaigns.
  • Conduct feasibility studies and risk assessments to determine the viability of proposed digital projects.
  • Define project success criteria and establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure project performance.
  • Facilitate Agile or hybrid project management practices, including sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.
  • Manage stakeholder communication, providing regular project updates and addressing challenges effectively.
  • Ensure projects meet compliance, security, and regulatory requirements relevant to the insurance industry.
  • Drive continuous improvement, identifying opportunities to optimize project delivery and digital solutions.
Requirements
  • A bachelor's degree in business administration, information technology, or a related field. A master's degree is preferred.
  • At least 5 years of experience in project management, with a focus on digital projects.
  • Experience in the insurance industry is highly desirable, with knowledge of insurance products, processes, and regulations.
  • Proven track record of successfully delivering complex digital projects on time and within budget.
  • Strong project management skills, including the ability to plan, execute, monitor, and control projects.
  • Proficiency in project management tools such as Jira, Confluence, etc.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Analytical and problem - solving skills, with the ability to identify and address issues and risks in a timely manner.
