We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to support HNW insurance business for a 1‑year contract engagement. This role will work closely with the business stakeholders, operations, compliance, and technology teams to drive project execution, ensure governance standards are met, and support enhancements across HNW client servicing, products, and processes. The successful candidate will work closely with business stakeholders, operations, IT, compliance, and external partners to ensure timely and high‑quality project delivery.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage end‑to‑end project delivery for insurance initiatives, including business change, process enhancements, system upgrades, and regulatory projects
- Work closely with HNW business teams, underwriting, claims, operations, compliance, and technology stakeholders to gather requirements and define project scope
- Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, budgets, risks, and dependencies
- Ensure projects comply with insurance regulatory requirements and internal governance standards
- Coordinate vendors, internal teams, and external partners where applicable
- Facilitate project meetings, steering committees, and stakeholder communications
- Track and report project progress, risks, and issues, providing clear and timely updates to senior management
- Support change management, UAT coordination, and implementation planning
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and with measurable business outcomes
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related discipline.
- 8+ years of project management experience, preferably within IT or software development environments.
- Proven experience as a Project Manager within the insurance sector
- Strong exposure to HNW insurance or related financial services
- Experience managing business and/or technology projects across insurance functions (e.g. underwriting, claims, policy administration, client servicing)
- Solid understanding of insurance operations, regulatory environment, and governance frameworks
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to engage senior business leaders
- Hands‑on experience with project management methodologies (Waterfall, Agile, or hybrid)
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Fluent in both written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese and/or Mandarin).
- Availability to onboard at short notice or immediately is highly preferred.
