We are seeking an experienced Digital Project Manager to join our client’s technology team on a 12‑month renewable contract. This role will focus on strategic digital initiatives with high business visibility and exposure to complex, enterprise‑level technology transformation programs.
You will be responsible for driving project delivery end‑to‑end, working closely with business and technology stakeholders to ensure the successful execution of large‑scale initiatives that support business growth, operational excellence, and digital transformation objectives.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage end‑to‑end IT project delivery, covering initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, change management, and closure.
- Drive strategic digital initiatives across the organization, ensuring alignment with business objectives and technology roadmaps.
- Manage complex enterprise‑level technology transformation projects, including system upgrades, platform modernization, process digitalization, and integration initiatives.
- Collaborate with business users, IT teams, vendors, and senior stakeholders to define scope, timelines, deliverables, and success criteria.
- Apply AI, automation, or digital tools where applicable to improve operational efficiency and project outcomes.
- Identify, assess, and proactively manage project risks, dependencies, and issues, ensuring timely escalation when required.
- Oversee project budgets, resources, and vendor performance to ensure delivery within agreed parameters.
- Prepare and present project status updates, dashboards, and reports to steering committees and senior management.
- Support change management activities, including communication planning, stakeholder engagement, and adoption tracking.
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, or a related discipline.
- Minimum 6 years of experience in IT project management, preferably within large or complex organizations; Industry exposure to insurance, financial services, or other regulated environments.
- Proven track record delivering enterprise‑scale digital or technology transformation projects.
- Strong understanding of SDLC, project governance, and change management practices.
- Hands‑on experience working with cross‑functional teams and managing multiple stakeholders at different levels.
- Familiarity with Agile or hybrid project delivery methodologies.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Fluent in both spoken and written English and Chinese.
