About the Company:
My client is a MNC and leader in its industry, they have presence all over the globe.
 
To cater their expansion and transformation plan, they have set up a new headcount in the Total Rewards team, this role will be managing the compensation side and driving key compensation cycles. This role requires exceptional analytical capability, strong stakeholder management, and hands-on expertise in compensation structures within large, complex organisations.

Job Description:
  • Lead the end-to-end Performance Review Cycle from planning, data validation, analytics to final recommendations
  • Serve as the primary owner of Compensation matters, including salary structure management, salary bands, total compensation frameworks, market benchmarking and compensation modelling etc.
  • Support broader compensation governance including budgeting, job evaluation and compensation policy enhancement
  • Provide advice or support for long term incentive matter, employee benefits and cross-functional compensation projects when necessary
  • Partner with HRBPs, Talent, Finance and Leadership teams to provide data-driven insights and ensure compensation decisions are aligned with business strategy
  • Assist in Benefits related projects when necessary
  • Prepare high-quality reports, dashboards and analysis to support leadership decision-making
Skills & Experiences required:
  • University degree in Statistics/ HR Management or a related field  
  • At least 6 years of total rewards experience in large-scale / multinational or top-tier companies is strongly preferred
  • In-depth knowledge in different analytical tools and good communication skills. Strong Excel skills are absolutely mandatory
  • Detail-oriented, analytical, and comfortable working with high volumes of data
  • Proficiency in English, Cantonese and Mandarin is a MUST
