This Leading Chinese Private Wealth Management is looking for a dynamic Head of Operations to join their executive team and drive operational strategies. You will be leading 3 teams - including but not limited to KYC/ account opening, settlement. Great working culture and great remuneration package will be provided.

As the Head of Operations for a Leading Chinese Private Wealth Management, your key responsibility will be to:
- Develop and implement operational strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Streamline processes to enhance operational efficiency and service delivery.
- Lead and mentor operational teams, fostering a culture of high performance and accountability.
- Identify and assess operational risks; implement effective mitigation strategies.
- Ensure compliance with local and international regulations in asset management.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to drive business objectives and improve client satisfaction.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field; MBA preferred.
- Minimum 15 years of experience in operations management, preferably in asset management, with minimum 5 years of managerial experience
- Strong leadership skills with excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Analytical mindset focused on data-driven decision-making.
- Understanding of the Chinese financial market and regulatory environment.
- Proficiency in Mandarin and English is essential.
