Key Responsibilities
- Develop targeted strategies to expand the UHNW client portfolio through referrals from private banking networks.
- Collaborate with private bankers to pitch customized UHNW insurance solutions.
- Provide expert advice on life insurance, wealth management products, and family trusts for UHNW clients.
- Negotiate complex insurance placements with global insurers to secure optimal terms.
- 5-8+ years of professional experience in private banking, private wealth management, or professional services (e.g., tax, law, accounting).
- Proven track record in life insurance sales within Hong Kong's private or semi-private banking sectors (essential).
- Demonstrated HNW sales experience in China or the Asia-Pacific region.
- Deep understanding of UHNW client needs and preferences.
- Fluency in Mandarin, English, and Cantonese.
- Strong strategic networking skills and polished presentation abilities for high-profile clients.
