Key Responsibilities
- Process and manage customer orders, ensuring accurate and timely delivery
- Coordinate with warehouse teams and freight partners to execute shipments smoothly
- Oversee weekly resupply operations to maintain customer stock levels
- Serve as the primary point of contact for logistics inquiries, fostering strong customer relationships
- Collaborate with Sales and Customer Support teams to align on order fulfillment and service standards
- Provide shipment updates, notifications, and reports to customers and internal stakeholders
- Participate in customer meetings to present service updates and availability
- Prepare daily reports on inventory, stock levels, and adjustments
- Support management in overseeing logistics service providers to ensure cost efficiency and service quality
- Assist with after‑hours logistics support when required
- 2–3 years of experience in customer service or logistics operations
- Hands‑on experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar) preferred
- Background in multinational companies with roles such as Logistics Coordinator, Order Assistant, or Order Administrator
- Strong communication skills in English; proficiency in additional languages is an advantage
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) with strong reporting and documentation skills
- Detail‑oriented with excellent organizational and time‑management abilities
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively across departments
- Problem‑solving mindset with the ability to manage unexpected logistics challenges
- Customer‑focused attitude with proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships
- Flexibility to support occasional after‑hours or urgent logistics requirements
- Knowledge of international shipping practices and compliance standards is a plus
