Responsibilities
- You will be participating in a small team to perform product solution to the sales channel, such as agency district.
- To collect the latest market insights to provide product advisory for sales information updates and suggest product highlights and advantages.
- Frequently visit sales branches and districts for product knowledge enrichment and collect inquiries and feedback for product improvement.
- To advise favourable selling solutions to the sales team in order to enhance sales growth and achieve the company’s business goal.
Requirements
- Degree holder in any disciplines
- At least 6 years of experience gained from the insurance agency department or strategic sales planning team.
- Strong insurance product knowledge and rich market insights are highly preferred.
- Solid experience with agency channel development experience has added advantages.
- Strong ownership, fast-paced.
- Fluent in Mandarin, English, and Cantonese.
