Our client is a leading life insurance company in Hong Kong with a strong agency distribution business. They are seeking a Agency Training Manager to drive agency growth through targeted leadership training and MDRT development programs.

- Design and deliver leadership training and MDRT-related programs for agency leaders and managers to enhance recruitment, productivity, and performance.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to assess learning needs, create engaging content, and align training with agency and business objectives.
- Track training effectiveness via KPIs, feedback, and results, refining programs for maximum business impact.
- Support team head in strategy planning, resource management, and execution of short- and long-term training initiatives.
- Utilize digital tools and innovative solutions to boost training engagement and scalability for agency managers.
- University graduate with relevant training or insurance qualifications.
- 8–10 years of training experience, ideally in insurance or financial services.
- Proven track record in agency training, with focus on leadership and MDRT development.
- Excellent facilitation, presentation, coaching, and stakeholder skills.
- Analytical, strategic approach with strong communication and project management abilities.
- Digital learning tool experience advantageous.
- Fluent English and Chinese (written/spoken); Putonghua a plus.
