My client is a reputable insurance brokerage in Hong Kong with a strong focus on employee benefits solutions. They are looking for a Business Development Executive to provide sales support to the BD team and help prepare client-facing materials and reports.

- Support the BD team in preparing sales materials, proposals, presentations, and client decks.
- Assist in preparing client reports and maintaining accurate records for BD activities.
- Use Excel to organize data, update rate tables, and support basic calculations and formatting.
- Work closely with internal teams to help ensure smooth coordination and timely delivery of sales support.
- Liaise with clients, insurers, and internal stakeholders as needed.
- Contribute to the preparation of client onboarding documents and related support work.
- Maintain a high standard of professionalism and confidentiality in all client and business information.
- Degree holder in Business, Finance, Insurance, or a related discipline.
- Around 1 to 5 years of relevant experience in insurance, employee benefits, or sales support.
- Strong PowerPoint and Excel skills are essential.
- Native Cantonese and fluent English are required.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Able to work independently and support a fast-paced BD team.
- AML experience is not required, but experience in employee benefits will be a strong advantage.
