  • Assign and document customer risk ratings, and resolve any issues or concerns that arise during onboarding and throughout the relationship.
  • Maintain accurate, audit‑ready records of all client interactions and due diligence materials.
  • Conduct periodic reviews of distributors: KYC refreshes, site visits, validation of their internal controls and confirmation that their own transaction/user monitoring remains effective.
Transaction & activity monitoring

  • Perform ongoing monitoring of client activity using blockchain analytics tools and internal platforms to detect irregularities, red flags and potential illicit behaviour.
  • Execute risk‑directed actions such as client offboarding, account/wallet blocking and other mitigations where required.
  • Raise and manage RFIs as part of transaction surveillance; prepare Suspicious Transaction Reports (STRs) and escalate to Risk where appropriate.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to obtain context on flagged activity and drive timely resolution.
  • Produce regular internal reporting on wallet and transaction surveillance, including asset‑level usage and pattern analysis.
Stakeholder education & market development

What you bring
