- Liaise with business for project goal setting and planning
- Proven track record in driving end to end scoping, feasibility study, business analysis, QA & testing for large transformation programs in multinational, complex and matrix organizational environment
- Gather, analysis, translate user requirements with proper documentation of business specification
- Stakeholder management, understand project objectives as well as challenges thoroughly and advise business for solutions
- Establishment of project organisation and governance
- Review as-is and design to-be business architectural blueprints, addressing the inter-relationship among the key components re system, data, process, etc.
- Design integrated business solutions (typically as part of transformation roadmap)
- Define key deliverables – addressing both outputs and outcomes
- Identify and evaluate solution options
- Perform regular review and reporting of project status at overall and workstream levels
- Identify key risks / issues and recommend mitigating measures
- Develop and coach project team members to meet deliverables in accordance to enterprise governance methodology
- Present regular status and risk summary to project steering and project owners / sponsors
- University degree in Business, IT or other relevant disciplines
- At least 8 years hands-on experience in business analysis and project management in insurance/financial industry
- Strong planning, organisational, analytical and communication skills
- Experience in the areas below acquired as an external consultant or in-house project manager: Strategy Development / Business Architecture / Business Operating Model Design / Business Process Reengineering / Change Management
- Experience in Digital Transformation involving design and implementation of Web / Mobile App / Cloud-based solutions desirable
- Energetic with “can-do” attitude
- Professional certification in Business Analyst and/or Project management is preferable
