The Project Manager will establish and govern program‑level delivery standards for Life & Health (L&H) operations transformation initiatives. This role ensures effective planning, execution, reporting, and benefits realization across multiple transformation workstreams, including core system modernization, automation, AI enablement, and operational process re‑engineering.

- Establish and manage PMO governance frameworks, standards, and methodologies for the L&H transformation program.
- Define and maintain program plans, milestones, interdependencies, and critical paths across multiple projects.
- Ensure adherence to scope, timeline, budget, and quality controls.
- Track and manage program budgets, forecasts, CAPEX/OPEX, and benefits realization.
- Support business case development and investment prioritization for transformation initiatives.
- Monitor risks, issues, and dependencies at the portfolio level and escalate as required.
- Prepare and deliver executive‑level dashboards, progress reports, and steering committee materials.
- Serve as a central coordination point between business, operations, IT, vendors, and external partners.
- Facilitate governance forums, steering committees, and decision‑making bodies.
- Provide guidance and oversight to Project Managers to ensure consistent delivery practices.
- Drive continuous improvement in delivery tools, metrics, and reporting.
- Support vendor and system integrator coordination.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, or a related discipline.
- 8+ years of experience in PM, PMO or large‑scale transformation governance, preferably in Life & Health insurance.
- Proven track record in managing multi‑stream transformation programs.
- Strong knowledge of insurance operations, including policy administration, underwriting, claims, and servicing, etc.
- Experience with core L&H systems, automation initiatives, and digital transformation.
- Advanced skills in program reporting, financial tracking, and risk management.
- Excellent stakeholder management and executive communication skills.
- Certifications preferred: PMP, PRINCE2, SAFe, or equivalent.
