My client is a reputable fintech-led financial institution in Hong Kong, offering securities trading and digital asset trading services through an innovation-driven and investor-focused platform.
As the business continues to expand, they are seeking a senior and sales-driven Sales Director to lead the business development efforts across the financial and virtual asset sectors. This role is ideal for a commercially minded professional who can combine strategic thinking, client acquisition, and team leadership to accelerate business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the company’s marketing and business development strategy for securities trading and digital asset trading.
- Drive client acquisition, revenue growth, and market expansion across both financial and virtual asset segments.
- Build, manage, and motivate the sales team, with a strong focus on performance, accountability, and client conversion.
- Develop and execute brand, communications, and growth initiatives to strengthen market positioning.
- Identify strategic partnership opportunities, referral channels, and new business pipelines.
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of sales initiatives and client onboarding.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and regulatory developments relevant to securities and virtual assets.
- Senior sales and business development experience in securities, financial services, digital assets, or related sectors.
- Proven track record in driving revenue growth and leading client-facing teams.
- Strong leadership ability, with experience managing or mentoring sales professionals.
- Sound understanding of Hong Kong’s financial markets and virtual asset landscape.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
- Entrepreneurial mindset, self-starter attitude, and strong commercial sense.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.
- Experience with branding, communications, or integrated marketing is an advantage.

- 具备出色的沟通、演示及客户关系建立能力。
