Sales Support Executive – Insurance Brokerage

Our client is a reputable insurance brokerage firm in Hong Kong, known for delivering tailored insurance solutions to individuals and businesses.
We are looking for a Sales Support Executive to support a growing team of sales consultants and help ensure smooth, professional client experiences.
This is a client-facing support role ideal for someone with 2–5 years of experience in insurance brokerage or financial services, who enjoys preparing presentation materials, coordinating client processes and working closely with sales teams.

What You'll Do

• Prepare clear, visually engaging presentation materials for client meetings and internal reviews 
• Coordinate and arrange medical examinations required for insurance applications, ensuring a smooth and professional client experience.
• Collect required information and documentation from clients and referral partners.
• Support ongoing communication and follow-ups to ensure timely responses and document submission.
• Arrange and prepare meetings with clients and referral partners, including logistics and materials.

What We're Looking For

• Degree holder in Business, Marketing or related disciplines.
• 2–5 years of experience in a business support, client services or operations role, preferably within insurance brokerage or financial services.
• Solid case-handling experience in an insurance brokerage or similar client-facing environment.
• Proven track record in preparing high-quality presentation materials and client-facing communications.
• Strong organisational and coordination skills, with ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
• Fluent in English and Cantonese; Mandarin is a plus.
