Role overview
The Sales Support Manager will act as a key sales enabler, partnering closely with the Sales Leader to support the full case handling process from prospecting through to onboarding and follow-up. This role requires a semi-sales mindset, with the ability to anticipate needs, coordinate stakeholders, and help move cases forward smoothly and efficiently.
Key responsibilities
- Support the Sales Leader with presentation and communication materials for client meetings, internal reviews, and external engagements.
- Prepare high-quality, visually engaging materials, including product comparisons, insurance solution illustrations, and financial projections.
- Arrange and coordinate meetings with clients and referral partners, including logistics, meeting materials, and follow-up actions.
- Track post-meeting actions and ensure alignment among all stakeholders to keep cases progressing end to end.
- Support client onboarding activities, including arranging medical examinations and ensuring a smooth, professional application experience.
- Assist in collecting required information and documents from clients and referral partners, while maintaining timely communication and follow-up.
- Work closely with internal teams, including Sales Operations, to streamline case management and support timely execution.
- Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of relevant experience in sales support, coordination, client service, or a similar role.
- Experience in insurance or financial services preferred; IIQE Papers 1, 3, and 5 preferred.
- Strong Microsoft Office skills, especially PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.
- Excellent communication, organisation, multitasking, and attention to detail.
- Customer-oriented, proactive, discreet, and comfortable in client-facing situations.
- A client-facing, commercially driven role supporting a high-performing sales leader.
