Our client is a leading life insurer in Hong Kong and Macau, offering comprehensive risk and wealth management solutions. They seek a Bank Partnership Manager to drive bancassurance growth. Updated responsibilities and requirements follow your refinements.Responsibilities

Reporting to the Head of Department, support driving partnership engagement with bank partners, including marketing, distribution, new initiatives, and regulatory compliance.
Drive product development and launches for bank partners, from idea generation to execution of campaigns, boosting promotions and sales pipelines.
Prepare business proposals, presentation materials, and marketing materials to promote insurance products effectively.
Support partnership activities, including project management, planning and organizing events, business analytics, and regular reporting.
Liaise with internal departments for partner support, while monitoring competitors’ activities, digital trends, and market developments.

Requirements

University degree with 8-12 years’ experience in bancassurance, insurance companies, or banks.
Strong knowledge of life insurance products and compliance requirements, and this is essential.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills to work effectively with both internal and external stakeholders.
Strong project management skills, with the ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
Detail-minded, responsible, and proficient in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Fluent in spoken and written English and Chinese, including Putonghua and Cantonese.
Less experience will be considered for Manager level.
