Job DescriptionMy client is a reputable international financial institution in Hong Kong, and they are seeking an Senior Marketing Officer to join their Marketing team in Asia. The role is responsible for supporting a broad range of marketing, communication, and engagement initiatives across both online and offline channels, with a strong focus on client experience, content development, events, and brand execution.
This is a hands-on opportunity for a marketing professional who is comfortable managing business-as-usual activities while also driving enhancements, new ideas, and process improvements. The successful candidate will work closely with internal stakeholders and external partners to deliver high-quality marketing materials, client engagement initiatives, strategic projects, and management presentations.
Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will work closely with internal stakeholders and external partners to deliver high-quality marketing materials, client engagement initiatives, strategic projects, and management presentations.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop engaging content to enhance client experience across different communication channels.
- Create, maintain, write, and proofread client-friendly marketing materials in both English and Chinese.
- Act as an editor for client-facing and internal marketing content to ensure clarity, consistency, and quality.
- Take ownership of the weekly investment forum, including coordinating with product specialists, arranging meetings, preparing presentation decks, and managing execution.
- Prepare concise and creative content using video production tools, including script writing, filming, and editing.
- Monitor market and competitor trends to identify opportunities, fresh ideas, and areas for improvement.
- Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and contractors to ensure event logistics are delivered efficiently and within budget.
- Conduct post-event evaluations, gather feedback, and identify areas for future enhancement.
- Support and deliver assigned projects such as publication revamps, new publications, and migration to new tools.
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to ensure tasks are completed on time and programmes are delivered smoothly.
- Execute branding consistently across platforms and monitor branding applications in projects and marketing materials.
- Partner with relevant internal teams to support brand-building initiatives, including awards submissions, articles, conferences, event materials, and product-related content.
- Support management and business presentations by structuring concepts into clear, effective, and professional presentation materials.
- Degree holder with strong presentation skills.
- At least 7 years of relevant experience, ideally gained within the financial services sector, such as banking or asset management. Essential
