We are seeking an experienced transformation leader to drive large-scale operational change within a leading financial services organization. This role will focus on optimizing end-to-end processes, leading strategic initiatives such as system transformation and operating model enhancement, and building scalable, efficient operations across multiple business areas.
The successful candidate will manage a sizeable team while partnering closely with senior stakeholders across business, operations, and technology. This position requires a strong balance of strategic thinking, hands-on delivery, and stakeholder management to drive sustainable improvements in efficiency, cost, and service quality.

responsibilities

  • Lead enterprise-level transformation initiatives focused on enhancing operational efficiency, scalability, and service delivery within a complex financial services environment
  • Manage and develop a sizable team of project managers and business analysts, ensuring strong governance and consistent delivery across multiple workstreams
  • Drive end-to-end process improvement initiatives, including workflow redesign, system enablement, and operating model evolution
  • Support the implementation of large-scale change programs, including technology upgrades, platform transitions, and organizational restructuring
  • Partner with senior stakeholders across business, operations, and technology to define priorities, align on execution plans, and drive change adoption
  • Identify inefficiencies and implement solutions to streamline processes, reduce manual effort, and improve turnaround time
  • Oversee the development of scalable operating models, including the effective use of shared services or distributed delivery capabilities
  • Ensure transformation initiatives are delivered within agreed timelines, scope, and budget
  • Establish and promote best practices in process optimization, project delivery, and continuous improvement
  • Facilitate collaboration across functions to ensure smooth implementation of new processes and operational frameworks
  • Monitor risks and ensure all initiatives adhere to internal policies, control standards, and regulatory expectations
requirements
  • Extensive experience within financial services, with a strong understanding of operational functions and industry practices
  • Proven track record in leading large-scale transformation, change management, or process improvement initiatives
  • Experience managing cross-functional teams and delivering complex programs in a structured environment
  • Strong knowledge of end-to-end operational processes within banking or financial institutions
  • Demonstrated ability to drive process optimization, operating model enhancements, or efficiency initiatives
  • Solid business analysis capabilities, including process mapping, requirement definition, and solution assessment
  • Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence senior leadership and navigate complex organizational structures
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with a focus on delivering practical and sustainable solutions
  • Experience working in fast-paced environments with multiple priorities and tight deadlines
  • Strong communication skills in English; additional Chinese language capability is an advantage
  • Exposure to digital transformation, data initiatives, or automation technologies is beneficial
