Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of Private Bankers to achieve ambitious revenue and client acquisition targets
- Develop and execute strategic initiatives to grow the UHNW/HNW client base
- Partner closely with leaders from different business unit (including but not limited to Retail Banking & Corporate Banking) to unlock cross-referral pipelines and broaden client coverage
- Drive a culture of excellence in advisory, ensuring bespoke wealth solutions aligned with clients’ long-term objectives
- Uphold the highest standards of compliance, risk management, and client confidentiality
Requirements:
- Extensive experience in Private Banking or Wealth Management, with a demonstrable track record in leadership roles
- Strong network within the UHNW/HNW segment and deep understanding of client needs across asset classes
- Proven ability to collaborate across business lines, particularly with Retail Banking or mass affluent segments
- Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Strategic mindset with the ability to translate vision into measurable outcomes
