My client is a MNC and they are currently looking for an AHRM to join their team.
They are looking for a HRBP with experiences to take up the role to provide HR advisory to the Senior Management and Talent Acquisition services. This role will be a 60% HRBP role and 40% TA role – the ideal candidate should be someone who is stronger at HRBP/ C&B rather than just solely TA experience. However, inhouse TA professionals who want to step up and have the full passion to become a BP are also welcome.

Job Description:
- Work closely with Senior Management / line managers to understand their needs and provide HR advice for them, including but not limited to HR strategies, manpower planning, retention / expansion.
- Facilitate and plan for the business unit’s succession planning and performance management issues
- Be the ambassador of the company and provide good candidate experience
- Drive the whole talent acquisition process from candidate attraction from interview to offer stage
- Actively maintain the candidate pipeline and provide professional advice such as salary recommendation, proper candidate screening etc,
- Take part in annual HR projects such as manpower planning, budgeting, salary review etc.
- Participate in other HR projects if necessary
- University degree in HR Management or a related field
- At least 7 years of HR experience preferably for candidates who had experience of being HRBP before
- Experienced from large scale companies are desired, experienced in Engineering / Technology firms will be an advantage
- The ideal candidate should be fast paced, driven and agile
- Proficiency in Cantonese, Mandarin and English is a MUST
- Candidate with short notice is preferred
