About the Company:
My client is a MNC with regional office in Hong Kong.

This strategic leadership role focuses on organization design and talent management, requires a candidate with a strong background with experience from both inhouse and human capital consultancy. As a key member of the global team, the ideal candidate will drive the development and execution of organization effectiveness strategies across my client’s international operations to achieve their business goals and maintain a competitive edge.

Job Description:
  • Lead the development and implementation of organization design strategies at a regional level, ensuring alignment with our overall business objectives.
  • Provide expert guidance and insights on talent management initiatives, including talent acquisition, performance management, succession planning, and employee development.
  • Conduct comprehensive workforce analysis to inform decision-making related to organizational structure, roles, and responsibilities, considering the unique requirements of different regions and markets.
  • Collaborate closely with senior leaders to identify critical competencies and skills necessary to achieve strategic objectives, and develop targeted programs to attract, develop, and retain top talent globally/ regionally.
  • Drive change management efforts to enhance organizational effectiveness and foster an agile and adaptive culture across the organization.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in organization design and talent management, and proactively recommend innovative approaches to continually improve our practices on a regional scale.
Skills & Experiences required:
  • University degree in HR Management or related discipline
  • At least 13years of Organisational Design experience within a sizeable organisation
  • Having experience in Human Captial Consultancies will be a plus 
  • Proficiency in English and Mandarin is a MUST
  • Candidates who have good stakeholder management and gained regional exposure before is a must
