Job Description:
- Oversee the HR operation including but not limited to recruitment, C&B and employee relationship & culture
- Identify the right calibre for the company, provide professional advisory services and manpower planning to the line managers
- Responsible for the monthly payroll calculation, MPF and tax related matters
- Set up the HR long term strategy for company, including but not limited to HR Policies, retention plan, talent development plan and to drive the long term company culture
- Lead the performance management process and follow up with development plans for employees
- Participate in other HR projects if necessary
- University degree in HR Management or a related field
- At least 8 years of HR experience preferably in Engineering companies (Different functions of engineering are welcome)
- Candidates who are passionate and driven are desired
- In-depth knowledge in different analytical tools and good communication skills
- Proficiency in English, Cantonese and Mandarin is a MUST
- Candidates with more/ less experience will also be considered
- Candidate with short notice is preferred
