Job Responsibilities
- To support the manager to improve existing internal processes to reach targets and sustain operational efficiency;
- To handle New Business, Renewal applications and post-sales inquiries;
- To handle office, accounting & HR related matters including filing, billing, accounts payable, and email on a day-to-day basis;
- To support system and account maintenance, data entry, and reports generation.
- To perform as a team player and support each other as per business operational needs
- Degree holders or Fresh graduates are welcome
- Candidates with at least 1 year’s office experience
- Valid IIQE qualification IIQE 1, 2, and 3 is preferred or good to have.
- Familiar with the insurance market or having brokerage-related experience.
- Immediately available preferred.
