Role Summary:

We are currently seeking a proactive and results-driven Junior Sales Associate to join our client's team in Hong Kong. In this role, you will play a crucial part in driving sales for their cutting-edge products and delivering exceptional customer service to their valued clients. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of an agile and forward-thinking organization operating in the rapidly evolving cryptocurrency industry.


1. Client Onboarding and Servicing:
- Provide comprehensive support to clients throughout the onboarding process and in their day-to-day interactions.
- Proactively identify and engage potential clients in Hong Kong who are interested in trading our client's innovative products.
- Showcase the benefits and unique features of our client's products to prospective clients, demonstrating how they can help achieve their financial objectives.
- Ensure a seamless client acquisition process by efficiently collecting and verifying client information while adhering to regulatory guidelines.

2. Relationship Management:
- Collaborate closely with the sales team to foster and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
- Offer personalized support and guidance to clients, promptly addressing their inquiries and concerns.
- Assist the sales team in organizing client events, seminars, and marketing activities aimed at enhancing client engagement and loyalty.

3. Sales Support:
- Provide comprehensive sales support to the team, including creating compelling presentations, reports, and sales materials.
- Stay updated on market trends and competitor activities to effectively position our client's products and differentiate them from the competition.
- Utilize market research to identify new opportunities and develop strategies to strengthen our client's market position.

4. Compliance and Risk Management:
- Ensure strict adherence to regulatory guidelines and internal policies to maintain compliance at all times.
- Collaborate with relevant teams to monitor client accounts, identifying and reporting any suspicious activities or potential risks.


- Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, business administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in sales, preferably within the financial services industry, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
- Familiarity with financial products and a solid understanding of the cryptocurrency market are highly desirable but not mandatory.
- In-depth knowledge of regulatory requirements and compliance procedures in Hong Kong.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to cultivate relationships with clients and colleagues from diverse backgrounds.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Fluency in English and Chinese (Cantonese and/or Mandarin) is a prerequisite.
