About the Company:
My client is a leading global financial technology company (leading fintech in crypto/digital assets) operating in the rapidly growing cryptocurrency and digital asset space. They are seeking to bring on an experienced Leadership Growth Manager to join their team. 
 

Job Description:
  • Designs and continuously optimizes the performance management, promotion, and related systems and standards for the Talent and Learning (T&L) function, aligning with the organization's stage of development.
  • Oversees the integrated execution of various leadership development projects, driving project implementation and ongoing improvement.
  • Develops detailed project plans, proactively communicates with project stakeholders, coordinates resources, and resolves issues during project operations.
  • Regularly identifies and analyzes common team and project challenges, conducts periodic reviews, and implements improvements.
  • Collects, organizes, and analyzes T&L-related information and data, generating reports to support business needs.
 

Experiences required:
  • Holds a bachelor's degree or above, preferably in management, human resource management, psychology, or a related field. Must be proficient in both English and Mandarin as working languages.
  • Possesses at least 10 years of relevant work experience, with familiarity in organizational development systems and prior project implementation experience in talent assessment, leadership development, or similar areas.
  • Has experience working in the first or second-tier internet or internet finance industry. Exhibits clear and rigorous logic, strong affinity, excellent interpersonal skills, and the ability to effectively communicate and coordinate cross-departmentally.
  • Demonstrates systematic thinking, a strong learning aptitude, information mining capabilities, analytical skills, and the proficiency to integrate resources. Maintains a collaborative spirit and works effectively in a team environment.
