Responsibilities:
As the Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic marketing initiatives to attract and retain our ultra-high-net-worth (HNW) client base. Key duties include:
- Crafting targeted marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels to reach the affluent target audience
- Producing high-quality content such as client newsletters, thought leadership articles, and event invitations
- Design and execute partnership events to develop new clients, engage and maintain excellent relationships with existing clients
- Managing the company's online presence and reputation. Work with agency to maximise PR exposure
- Collaborating with sales team or external parties to generate qualified leads and support the client acquisition and upselling process
- Analyzing marketing performance data and adjusting strategies accordingly
- Staying up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in marketing to the ultra-high net worth segment
- 3-5 years of marketing experience, ideally within the banking sector or insurance industry, candidates with private banking or family office background has an added advantage
- Demonstrated success in developing and executing effective marketing plans for an affluent client base
- Excellent command of English and Mandarin, with the ability to tailor messaging for high-net-worth individuals.
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field
