Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze historical data to gain insights into portfolio risks and opportunities.
- Identify and address market challenges by utilizing relevant data sets to evaluate solution efficiency.
- Enhance trading system efficiency by analyzing historical data and implementing improvements.
- Conduct comprehensive due diligence to accurately predict potential risks, rewards, and overall potential of projects.
- Continuously adapt and optimize the portfolio to maximize returns while minimizing risks in response to market dynamics.
- Hold a degree in finance, economics, or a related field.
- Possess 5+ years of experience in a well-established HFT/investment bank/quantitative firm/Crypto Exchange.
- Demonstrate 5+ years of experience as a Portfolio Manager.
- Exhibit a strong knowledge and passion for cryptocurrencies and DeFi.
- Showcase a track record of success in previous roles.
- Embrace an ownership mentality.
- Express a strong opinion on the future direction of the financial world and strategies to maintain a competitive edge.
- Display exceptional analytical skills, with an ability to make informed decisions based on probabilities and expected value.
- Demonstrate fluency in English.
- Be comfortable with remote work arrangements.
