About the Company:
My client is a Chinese bank and they are currently looking for a Talent Acquisition Associate to join their team.

My client is looking for a highly motivated and experienced Talent Acquisition Associate to join. As a Talent Acquisition Associate, you will play a crucial role in the end-to-end recruitment process and contribute to various HR projects. This position provides an excellent opportunity to work within the banking industry and make a significant impact on our talent acquisition strategies. The ideal candidate should have inhouse experience from banking / financial services / professional services before.

Responsibilities:
  • Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selecting candidates for various positions within the responsible departments
  • Develop and execute effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent and ensure a diverse candidate pool
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs and provide guidance on best practices for attracting and selecting candidates
  • Utilize various sourcing channels, such as job boards, social media platforms, and professional networks, to identify and engage potential candidates
  • Conduct thorough interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' skills, qualifications, and cultural fit
  • Coordinate and drive the interview process, including scheduling interviews, collecting feedback, and making recommendations to hiring managers
  • Assist in different HR Projects when necessary
  • Assist in the negotiation and preparation of job offers, ensuring a smooth onboarding process for successful candidates.
  • Contribute to HR projects, including employer branding initiatives, employee engagement programs, and talent management strategies.
Skills & Experiences required:
  • University degree in HR Management or a related field  
  • 5 years of Talent acquisition experience from Banking/ Financial Services / Professional Services
  • Candidates with more/ less experience will be considered as well  
  • The ideal candidate should be fast paced, driven and agile
  • Proficiency in both English and Chinese is a MUST
  • Candidate with short notice is preferred
