As the Assistant Relationship Manager with a focus on FI/ NBFI in a well-reputed Regional Corporate Bank, your key responsibility will be:
- Supporting the preparation of sophisticated credit proposals, delivering outstanding client engagement, and managing operational and administrative tasks with precision to support the bank’s services.
- Overseeing client account setup, ensuring compliance with KYC and AML regulations, facilitating seamless transaction execution, and maintaining meticulous documentation to uphold the bank’s high standards.
- Assisting the Relationship Manager in continuous credit monitoring, ensuring clients adhere to agreed-upon credit terms and conditions, reinforcing the bank’s commitment to financial integrity.
- Collaborating with the Relationship Manager to produce detailed periodic and customized reports for internal and client use, incorporating insights to support informed decision-making.
- Joining the Relationship Manager in strategic marketing initiatives, client consultations, site visits, and banking summits to build and maintain strong client relationships, driving the bank’s growth in the financial sector.
- Undertaking occasional travel to support business objectives and strengthen client interactions, contributing to the bank’s regional presence.
- Possession of a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- A minimum of two year of pertinent experience within the banking or accounting sectors, preferably with exposure to serving FI/ NBFI clients.
- A collaborative professional who thrives in a team environment yet excels independently, adept at performing under pressure while exhibiting superior communication and presentation capabilities.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, with particular expertise in Excel for data analysis and reporting related to complex financial structures.
- Exceptional fluency in both written and spoken English and Chinese, including proficiency in Cantonese and Mandarin, to effectively engage with diverse stakeholders.
