Market Maker Business, Business Development Manager
- Our client is led by senior executives who have an extensive background in Wall Street. They have successfully founded and managed a technology-driven quantitative hedge fund, with assets exceeding $4 billion, focusing on traditional securities investments. With a vision to expand into the cryptocurrency industry, our client brings their powerful technology platform and investment management expertise to engage in market making and quantitative fund management. Headquartered in Las Vegas and San Francisco, our client's business operations encompass the Netherlands, the United Kingdom, Russia, Greater China, Hong Kong, Southeast Asia, and North America. They are currently seeking dedicated, hardworking, and exceptional individuals to join their Market Maker Business Department as Business Development Managers.
- Responsible for customer development within the crypto industry, with the objective of converting project parties into customers of the company's market maker business. This entails utilizing various channels and methods to achieve sales targets.
- Gather and systematically document customer information and requirements, addressing any issues that arise during the market making process.
- Support the team in continually optimizing internal and external workflows and execution processes, contributing to the maintenance of the company's reputation for service quality.
- Nurture customer relationships, uphold the brand's reputation, and relay market information and customer needs back to the company.
- Identify new growth opportunities for expanding the user base, such as overseas private communities, while exploring efficient customer acquisition channels and innovative strategies to meet user needs effectively.
- The ideal candidate should demonstrate qualities of seriousness, responsibility, and maintain a positive attitude towards life.
- A minimum requirement for this position is a college degree in marketing, business administration, or related fields, along with at least 1 year of experience in sales or business development within the crypto asset industry.
- Candidates with 3-5 years of experience in sales or business development roles, regardless of industry, are preferred.
- Essential skills for this role include strong analytical and communication skills, the ability to elaborate on projects, a cooperative and affable nature, as well as proficiency in independent market research, coordination, analysis, public relations, negotiation, and planning and organizational skills.
- Fluency in written and spoken Chinese is essential, and a certain level of proficiency in written and spoken English is also required.
