Company Overview.
- My Client is a global leading crypto exchange to provides innovative and secure solutions for crypto asset and derivative trading. They are seeking a skilled and experienced Product Manager to join the dynamic team and drive the design and development of their crypto trading products.
Job Responsibilities:
- Participate in the sorting out and follow-up of financial transaction system and business needs: Collaborate with the team to analyze and understand the requirements of the financial transaction system. Assist in organizing and managing the follow-up activities related to system enhancements and business needs.
- Participate in the transaction capability support and product design of each terminal platform: Contribute to the development and improvement of transaction capabilities on various terminal platforms. Work closely with the team to design and enhance products that meet the needs of users and improve their trading experience.
- Conduct demand analysis, data monitoring, and user feedback follow-up on the modules in charge: Analyze user demands, monitor data related to the assigned modules, and actively gather user feedback. Continuously optimize the trading experience by identifying areas for improvement and implementing necessary changes.
Job Requirements:
- Strong data analysis capabilities, good at data-driven product iteration, and optimization: Possess a solid understanding of data analysis techniques and methodologies. Ability to leverage data insights to drive product iteration and optimization, ensuring continuous improvement based on user behavior and feedback.
- Excellent document writing skills and clear logic: Demonstrate strong written communication skills with the ability to articulate ideas clearly and concisely. Capable of producing well-structured and logically organized documents, including requirement specifications, user manuals, and technical reports.
- Strong sense of responsibility, excellent communication, and coordination skills: Display a high level of responsibility towards assigned tasks and projects. Exhibit effective communication and coordination skills to collaborate with team members, stakeholders, and users. Ability to work in a team-oriented environment and contribute to a positive and productive work atmosphere.
- Bonus points: Familiarity with blockchain, securities, securities derivatives, funds, bonds, and other financial products is preferred: Possessing knowledge and experience in blockchain technology, securities, securities derivatives, funds, bonds, or other financial products is considered advantageous for this role.
